Hi, I’m Jose, but many people know me as Carmelo. I’ve worked in Italian, French, American, and Mexican kitchens over the years, and now I’m bringing authentic Mexican street food to the Tellus 360 rooftop with Melo's Tacos. My goal is to share bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and the true street food experience with Lancaster.
