Is there parking at Tellus360?
As a downtown business, there is street parking located on East King Street and around the corner on South Duke Street. This is metered parking Monday-Saturday during the day. You can also access the Lancaster Parking Authority’s Penn Square Garage from South Duke Street. Once you park, walk out the King Street exit and down the sidewalk along the ramp and you’ll end up at our front door.
How old do I have to be to get in?
If accompanied by a parent or guardian, minors under the age of 21 are allowed in the building and on the rooftop until 10pm. Just like back in Ireland we’re a family friendly pub, so if you have little ones that need to burn off some steam on our green roof, or a young adult looking to enjoy some live music you are more than welcome to enter with a parent or guardian we just ask that minors leave by 10pm.
I don’t have my ID or my ID is expired, can I still get in?
You must have a valid and current government issued photo ID or Passport to enter the building (photos and/or photocopies not accepted). If you are over 30 we still ask that you have your ID for medical/safety reasons.
Is there a cover charge every day?
Nope! Entry is free every day of the week except Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 with a $5 cover. We take both cash and cards. If you’re looking to attend a specific event you can always check out our online calendar HERE to see if tickets are required.
Is there a dress code?
Nope, only that shirts and shoes are required (and obviously some sort of bottom as well – ha!). If you plan on attending the DJ Dance Party we recommend close toed shoes for your own safety.
Do you have a lost a found?
Luckily, most things lost here are found here! If we find your credit card or ID, we will leave it at the front bar for a month or so in case you come in or call for it. Coats will be left hanging on the coat racks during cooler months. Valuables such as wallets, purses, jewelry, etc will be kept locked in an office.
Can I make a reservation?
We only take reservations for parties larger than 20, but with four floors and five bars it’s not hard to find a spot. If you would like to make a reservation for a large party, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org we’ll be happy to set that up for you!
How does the food work?
We’re not your traditional restaurant because, well, a market is more fun for everyone! We have a variety of food vendors at the C’ Street Market located on our rooftop and on the mezzanine between the first and second floors. Orders are placed at each individual stand and can be picked up once they’re done (sort of like food truck style). Visit the link HERE to check seasonal hours and vendor menus.
Is your building handicap accessible?
Yes! The first floor is at ground level and we have an elevator that services the basement, first floor, and second floor. Unfortunately the rooftop is only accessible by stairs from the second floor.
Are your venues available to be rented?

I’m in a band – How can we play at your venue?
Simple. Contact our booking folks to learn how to submit your music to be considered to take our stage. You can send an e-mail including links to your website and audio/video recordings to email@example.com.
Are shows seated or standing?
All shows are General Admission Standing Room Only unless otherwise indicated on the event. We do have a few chairs and stools available for those who cannot stand for the duration of a show. If you have further questions contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Whatever happened to that retail store?
When we first opened, and for three years after that, we were a retail store that focused on furniture made from reused wood, as well as other eco-friendly gifts. Over time, we began to host more events, particularly live music. During that time we discovered that Lancaster was ripe for a new music venue. So, in late 2013 we shut down, had a bit of an overhaul, and reopened as what you see now. Ever evolving, we still have a lot of plans in the works! So the building might change from one time you visit to the next, but we’re still the same lovable Irish Pub.
What’s this green roof all about?
In June 2011, we transformed our 10,000-square-foot roof into a green roof as part of downtown Lancaster’s ongoing goal of reducing stormwater run-off. The good folks at LIVE Green are leading the charge in this urban greening effort and, if you’d like to learn more, we cannot recommend them enough. In addition to collecting and absorbing rainwater, our roof has a bar and seating area, and is a unique locale for weekly yoga classes, events like rehearsal dinners and birthday parties, and more. The green roof bar is open most hours that we are open.
What’s up with all the Irish talk? Why do you use so many “s”s where there should be “z”s???
We could ask you what’s up with all the English and the “z”s, but we don’t judge! We kid, we kid. Our owners are from the Emerald Isle and, well, the joys of owning an establishment include the freedom to speak like we do at home and spell things however we want! Also, we miss our families and customs from home and in turn are happy to share our past with you here. So get used to Irish Whiskey, Guinness on tap and a not-so-occasional Irish music session in the pub!!
