Tacos del Soul is the brand new venture for Chef Zach Miller and his partner Erin Schram. Both Lancaster County natives, they have just returned from two years living abroad in Wellington, New Zealand. While there, Zach was cooking at a popular, trendy cafe where he was able to use his creativity and experience to develop exciting new menu items. Upon their return to Lancaster they decided to leap into the world of business ownership. The inspiration for Tacos del Soul comes from years of travel around the world, staying up way too late to watch another episode of Anthony Bourdain and a desire to share their passion with everyone. The food will be fresh, funky and fantastic. Zach will be rekindling old relationships with local farmers and purveyors. The menu is comprised of a variety of specialty tacos and sides that will wake up your taste buds and leave you wanting more.

Combining our love for cooking with our Latin heritage, we set out to bring something new to Lancaster. The result was fresh Peruvian cuisine and Venezuelan inspired arepas. Those who’ve taken their taste buds on a trip to the southern hemisphere are blown away by the unique tastes and sensations. We put pride into every meal prepared in our kitchen and use only quality ingredients – something that makes a big difference when it comes to taste. We want every Pennsylvanian to be able to gather and enjoy our food: That’s why all of our meals are completely gluten free, and we offer options for vegans and vegetarians.
