Sudan Rebirth Ministry has its beginning with Jacob Guot who was one of the Lost Boys of Sudan. He established the non profit to educate South Sudanese students who are orphaned and without financial means to receive an education. We are local, with a Board of 12. We provide tuition and expenses for 14 students from South Sudan who are now in Kenya and Uganda. Our mission in educating these students is to extend their future in the newest country in the world and give them hope in this war torn land so that peace may come to this part of the world with their leadership.
The evening will feature information about our students with a pledge opportunity for participants to contribute to their tuition, a silent auction of a variety of theme baskets, event tickets, and gift items, and food and drink by Tellus.
We strive to ‘be the change’ in the world as we reach out to these folks in Africa.
