A Six-pack of Barroom Ramblings is about two denizens of the barroom who believe they are capable of literary greatness. What they end up with is a compilation of ridiculous nonsense, which becomes a local best seller. This social study is a fictionalized account adapted from recorded barroom conversations of highly animated individuals. These sessions took place at various dives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2000. Six 58 page volumes make up the collection which is printed on tree-free unbleached paper.

“Some of the characters fluctuate between reasonable adults and inexplicable nut jobs.”

TK-Lancaster, PA

“What’s the purpose of this? I really don’t know. But I found myself laughing out loud to these irrational people and their hilarious over-the-top behavior. Comically agonizing—sometimes I couldn’t believe what I was reading.”

DT-Baltimore, MD

“A Six-Pack of Barroom Ramblings defies categorization. But then so does the world we live in at times.”

RS-Allentown, PA

“I’ve spent plenty of time in bars, surrounded by people like this and that’s one of the reasons I quit drinking.”

DC-Lancaster, PA
