Olivia Farabaugh

Olivia is a singer-songwriter from Central Pennsylvania. She has been writing songs for over ten years. Olivia began her musical career by taking guitar lessons from Steve Creder at the age of 10. He is a spectacular musician whose passion for music and teaching influenced Olivia to pursue her love for music. He not only taught her how to play guitar, but also how music can have such a powerful impact on someone’s life.

Steve always wanted to give back to the community that gave him so much, which always resonated greatly with Olivia. He is the reason why she gives a percentage of her tips to the Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors and to local families that are in need.

In summer of 2015 Olivia was invited to a private audition for Season 10 of The Voice. Olivia got through that audition plus two more to stay in the running. Out of 45,000 people she was one of the 96 that made it to the blind audition to sing in front of Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Pharrell Williams, and Christina Aguilera. This experience was one that has helped shape and mold what kind of artist that Olivia wants to be.

The support that Olivia receives from her family, friends and Central Pennsylvania region motivates her to continue to pursue her musical dreams.

“I want to make everyone that has heard me perform and has supported me proud. I want to be able to connect with people and provide inspiration. Nothing makes me happier than being on the stage and performing for others. When I see them smile or dance to the music, my night has been made.”

Olivia currently resides in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. She is a stylist at U-Turn Salon during the day, and at night she can be found playing covers and original music at venues across the Central Pennsylvania region.
