Listen Lancaster

With this being the inaugural meetup for Listen Lancaster, I chose a location familiar to most locals, but easy for anyone to find. Tellus 360 has created a new room dubbed “An Sibin”. Translated from Gaelic means Speakeasy described in the dictionary as a saloon or nightclub selling alcoholic beverages illegally, especially during Prohibition.

I will be setting up an audio system that will match the acoustics and dynamics of the room and curate a selection of mostly vinyl in celebration of the genre of Prog-Rock. Think of legends like Emerson Lake and Palmer, Genesis, Renaissance, Gentle Giant, Jethro Tull, Yes, Rush and more. Cash bar and a selection of munchies will be available.
