All Levels Hoop Class!

Recapture the playfulness of your childhood as you flow with the hoop in a class that will tone muscles, increase flexibility, and strengthen the cardiovascular system. Sculpt your body, improve flexibility and endurance, boost your creativity and expression, and enjoy an action-packed cardiovascular workout while burning up to 420 calories in 60 minutes! This is an all-levels class (no experience to experienced hoopers welcome!).

New hoopers will be introduced to foundations and others will be provided with individual challenges.

Weekly drop-ins are welcome. Hoops provided for use or bring your own. Please bring a towel or yoga mat for cool downs and a bottle of water. Wear cotton workout clothing.
