We at Tellus360 are incredibly proud to be hosting this very interesting and important talk on the nonprofit organization W.A.T.E.R. (Water in Africa Through Everyday Responsiveness), and what we can all do to help get clean drinking water to those desperately in need.

The event is sponsored by the Millersville Biology Club and will feature a talk by Jim Niquette, the executive director of the nonprofit WATER. His organization focuses on bringing clean water to villages in Ghana and also on eradicating water-borne diseases, specifically Buruli Ulcer, which professors at Millersville are researching.

Taste of Africa

You will also have the chance to get a taste of African Culture – Traditional African food from Lancaster’s Rafiki is complimentary for all guests!
