Fledgling Rag Live – A Benefit Reading for the Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic
The Lancaster-based, nationally-focused poetry journal, Fledgling Rag, knows there’s no place like home. And there’s no organization like the Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic. So Le Hinton, former LCPC patient, and Fledgling Rag’s founder and co-editor, will host a fundraising release reading of its latest issue, Fledgling Rag 15, on Wednesday, October 7 at 7 PM at Tellus 360, the place to be in downtown Lancaster.
The reading will feature nine award-winning Lancaster County poets reading their poems from the new issue. Plus the reading of the LCPC poetry contest winner’s poem. There will also be a silent auction of nine framed poetry broadsides, one for each poet in the journal.
Food, drink, smiles, and poetry. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the sale of Fledgling Rag 15 and the broadsides will go to the LancasterCleft Palate Clinic.
So come support the clinic and home grown, world-class poets.
