Earliest image I can find of Tellus360 building
Records of the former blood plasma center located at Tellus360 have vanished without a trace. In routine follow up on the homicide at Tellus360, I tried to reached out to the former Blood Plasma Center that used to occupy the East King Street space.
I have tried to find old tax records, old payroll records and I have interviewed a number of city employees and they seem unable to remember any former plasma center. It is as if the Blood Plasma Center never existed. Not one person will confirm it’s existence and there is no way of finding out where the people who operated it are now.
No past employees exist, no past customers can be found and absolutely no records of the building on 24 East King Street can be found prior to Devoy’s purchase of the building on July 28th, 2006.
When confronted with this, Devoy would only say, “If the city cannot mind there own files how is it my fault?”
